Ukraine's power facilities have come under escalating attacks in recent weeks

Several individuals were wounded while inhabitants in eastern districts were experienced blackouts and encountered interruptions to water systems, as stated by municipal leaders.

Meanwhile, a seven-year-old child was fatally injured in a different aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia area in the country's south-east, based on information from area administrators.

Moscow has escalated attacks on energy facilities over the last fortnight, while Ukrainian leadership has called for "real steps" from international partners to exert influence on Moscow.

Officials stated that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and over thirty rockets targeted the country's power systems, characterizing such attacks as "cynical and calculated" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.

The energy minister said Moscow was "inflicting a massive strike" and repair crews were working to repair systems.
